Welcome to our second annual Ogwr History Month. Organised with the Ogwr Heritage Network, we look forward to a month full of history talks, walks and activities across Bridgend County Borough.
This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, in partnership with Bridgend County Borough Council. Please note that although most events are free, many events do require you to book in advance.
This year, the History Month programme also includes several paid ticketed events, including historical films, and a history-inspired comedy show. There are also a number of free Open Days across the county throughout September, hosted in collaboration with the CADW Open Doors festival.
If you have any questions, you can either contact the venue for the specific event, or you can email: history@awen-wales.com
We look forward to seeing you at the History Month events throughout September!
*Tickets and activities are subject to availability, and talks may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated on social media and directly to ticket holders.
