Easter Egg Appeal

Easter 2025 pic 2

We were overwhelmed by the generous donations of Easter eggs last year, so we’re collaborating with Chris Elmore, MP for Bridgend & Porthcawl, and Bridgend Food Bank once again to support local children.

If you would like to donate an Easter egg to this appeal, please drop it off at one of these Awen Libraries by Monday 23rd March. Click on the links below or phone for opening hours.

Aberkenfig Library – 01656 754820

Bridgend Library – 01656 754830

Pencoed Library – 01656 754840

Porthcawl Library – 01656 754845

Sarn Library – 01656 754853

Donations can also be made at the reception of Bridgend County Borough Council’s Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend.

Chris Elmore MP said: “Easter is a time for kindness, and I’m proud to be working with Bridgend Food Bank and Awen Libraries again this year to help spread some joy to children in our community. If you’re able to, please consider buying an extra Easter egg and donating it at one of our local libraries in Bridgend & Porthcawl. Your generosity will help make Easter special for so many children.”
